Meet the Leadership Behind Sleek’s Expertise
Led by founder Sabre Leek, our team unites decades of hands-on experience across campaign strategy, prospect management, Salesforce architecture, and gift processing. It's all in service of one goal: helping nonprofit, higher education, and healthcare organizations turn strategy into results they can measure and sustain.
Sabre Leek
President & CEO, Founder
For more than 30 years, Sabre has been solving fundraising and engagement operations problems that other people find intimidating. It started at Babson College, leading a system implementation that moved the school off a VAX system and dumb terminals onto PCs with a browser-based fundraising platform, the project that sparked a lifelong love of change management. From there, Sabre built and ran the Professional Services team at JSI (also known as Sage, MIP, Abila), delivering implementations for heavy hitters like the Smithsonian, LA Museum of Natural History, Boston Museum of Science, and The Salk Institute. Since founding Sleek in 2003, that same instinct for getting ahead of the industry has driven the company’s evolution: into Salesforce implementations in 2015, into building the award-winning QSS™ Accelerators in 2020, and into Salesforce Education Cloud in 2023, work that’s helped land Sleek’s clients Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards and made Sleek a recognized leader in advancement technology.
Amanda Viehman
VP of Professional Services
Amanda brings extensive higher education experience, including leading campaign efforts at Rollins University and a background in prospect management. She led the Smithsonian project, taking all 19 Smithsonian units live on JAMES (Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud) in just 5 months, replacing 8 legacy systems and the decades-old manual “3011” gift-posting process with an automated PeopleSoft ERP integration, and reconciling hundreds of Stripe and caging-vendor transactions to the penny at go-live.
Jason Long
SVP of Engagement and Sales
Jason built his systems expertise as AVP at Western Michigan University, his alma mater, where he led their Salesforce implementation, pulling together disparate fundraising and engagement systems like iModules and Millennium into one platform. That systems instinct carried straight into his work at Sleek, including pioneering reconciliation processes like the new “3011” process for the Smithsonian. On the client side, Jason leads the engagement team behind Occidental College’s standout results: FY2026’s best fundraising year in nearly 5 years ($36.7M from 4,584 donors), a record-breaking Day for Oxy giving day ($2.14M from 2,602 donors, up from $2.01M from 2,289 donors in 2025), and gift processing time cut from 7 weeks to under 1 week, results that helped Sleek win a Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in 2025.
Trevor Underwood
AVP, Product and Research — QSS™ Product Manager
Based in Richland, Michigan, Trevor brings over eight years of higher education experience, paired with a foundation from his alma mater, Grand Valley State University. A Certified Salesforce Administrator with specialized certifications in Nonprofit Cloud, Education Cloud, and Tableau, he owns the product roadmap for Sleek’s QSS™ Advancement Accelerators, overseeing a suite of 34-plus purpose-built solutions, backed by more than 15,000 development hours, that run natively inside Education Cloud. This architecture directly drove Gonzaga University’s standout outcomes: seamless financial reconciliation with Banner across $38M raised in FY25, more than 200 hours of annual gift entry eliminated, and a projected 3,250-plus staff hours saved per year alongside a tenfold expansion in Corporate Partner portfolio capacity.
Peter Lienhard
VP of Technology
Peter spent years leading the Advancement Operations team at Rollins University before joining Sleek, where he’s led technology for more than 8 years. As VP of Technology, he leads the team responsible for the security, profiles, and permissions architecture that keeps client data protected and properly governed. That same team owns the metadata build-out for QSS™, including the Accounting Subledger, the critical link into clients’ ERP financial systems and the backbone of all gift processing, with credits and debits auditable and in alignment with FASB and GASB accounting standards.
John Barone
AVP, Solutions and Conversion
John served as a DBA at Georgetown University for more than 20 years before moving to Sleek. He now focuses on solutions architecture and data conversion work, active on integration and bio-data projects for the Smithsonian, Gonzaga, and PCOM.
