Standard Implementation Management - While you retain the project management, we will be on-site each month to work with your staff on the critical areas that need to put in place, based upon the your implementation path. We will work with Steering Committee members, Implementation Committee members, and others, as deemed appropriate by your project manager. Support for all key areas of your implementation will be provided, and detailed plans will be initiated by our consulting staff. Deliverables include:
- Assistance in other areas, as determine by project manager
Project Management - Working with your staff, we will be on-site every other week to keep the project on task. Working off-site, we will create plans, operating procedures, and other documents that will be necessary to fully implement your new fundraising software package.
