We will come along side you to assist and guide you through the processes needed to select the best vendor and system, within your cost constraints, for your operations:

·         Determine and document your functional, technical, security and other needs

·         Develop the essential documents – Functional Needs, RFP, Demonstration Scenarios – to evaluate your options

·         Establish evaluation criteria customized for your software selection

·         Assist with review of vendor proposals, check references, manage demonstrations, and site visits, to identify the best system for you

·         Select and contract with the chosen vendor

Basic Implementation Management

You manage your implementation, and use us for your guidance and support.  This package includes some project management and four critical consulting visits during your implementation. Gain from our experience and get the information to keep your project on track.  Deliverables include:

·         Project Management Gant Chart with key dates, milestones, etc.

·         Data Testing Plan

·         Policies and Procedures Basic Layout

·         Report Operations Plan

·         Cut Over Plan 

Standard Implementation Management

While you retain the project management, we will be on-site each month to work with your staff on the critical areas that need to put in place, based upon the your implementation path.  We will work with Steering Committee members, Implementation Committee members, and others, as deemed appropriate by your project manager.  Support for all key areas of your implementation will be provided, and detailed plans will be initiated by our consulting staff.  Deliverables include:

·         Project Management Gant Chart with key dates, milestones, etc. - Updated monthly.

·         Monthly Project Reports outlining details of next steps and decisions made

·         Data Testing Plan

·         Policies and Procedures Plan based upon Best Practices

·         Data Administration Plan and Operating Procedures

·         Report Development and Operations Plan

·         Mock Parallel Plan and Support

·         Cut Over Plan

·         Parallel Processing Operations Plan 

·         Assistance in other areas, as determine by project manager

Premier Project Management

Working with your staff, we will be on-site every other week to keep the project on task.  Working off-site, we will create plans, operating procedures, and other documents that will be necessary to fully implement your new fundraising software package. 

·         Project Management Gant Chart with key dates, milestones, etc. - Updated bi-monthly.

·         Monthly Project Reports outlining details of next steps and decisions made

·         Key Dates document, updated bi-monthly

·         Data Testing Plan
